Mechanical Project / Contracts Manager (HVAC) £60,000 - £65,000 (Bonus OTE £80k+) Uncapped Bonus + £6K Car Allowance + Private Healthcare + Award Winning Company Oldham, Manchester Are you an Project Manager with a HVAC background looking for an autonomous, varied and wide-ranging role with vast progression prospects and opportunity to increase your earnings through a generous uncapped bonus scheme? * Managing HVAC Projects from start to finish, highlighting installation tasks
* Responsibilities encompass project scoping, scheduling, coordination with design team, material and labour procurement, ensuring thorough customer involvement until project handover
* Working in a wide variety of commercial sectors, involving renovations and new setups for blue-chip businesses
* Commercial obligations involving cost management and profit & loss focus
* Flexibility in managing work time within reasonable limits, as long as project deadlines are met
* On-site presence required during surveys and critical project phases
The Person:
* Mechanical Project Manager or similar
* Strong knowledge of HVAC projects
* Background in Commercial M&E or Building Services Sector
