Focus:
* Serve as the main technical contact for enterprise connectivity sales across multiple states, supporting scoping, quoting, and proposals.
* Conduct on-site visits to assess infrastructure and develop solutions.
* Work closely with sales, engineering, and project teams to deliver tailored DAS and wireless solutions.
* Translate technical needs into design documents using tools like iBwave.
* Prepare pre-sales documentation such as SOWs, diagrams, and configurations.
* Assist in responding to RFPs/RFIs with technical accuracy.
* Advise on industry best practices, equipment selection, and installation considerations.
* Stay informed on market trends and customer feedback to improve services.
* Participate in team training and knowledge sharing.
Skill Set:
* 5+ years in technical sales support, RF design, or network engineering, focusing on enterprise wireless.
* Experience with DAS and in-building wireless systems, OEM hardware, and iBwave software.
* Proven success working with enterprise clients, contractors, and internal teams.
* Strong knowledge of wireless infrastructure, RF propagation, cabling, and power needs.
* Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and data visualization tools.
* Experience with site surveys, design reviews, and presentations.
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field preferred.
* Background in construction, systems integration, or field engineering is advantageous.
