M4 Recruitment is currently seeking experienced & newly passed HGV 2 Multi-Drop Drivers on behalf of our client, a well-established national distribution company based in Hemel Hempstead.

Role Details
* Location: Hemel Hempstead
* Start Time: 05:00 /06.00
* Days: Monday to Friday
* Average Shift Length: 10 hours per day
* Pay Rate: £18.07 per hour- £46,000 once permanent
* Overtime paid after 50 hours per week
The Role
As part of a dedicated delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering rolls of carpet to stores and storage facilities. The role involves an average of 10–15 drops per day and always requires a professional and customer-focused approach.
Candidate Requirements
* Valid HGV 2 (Category C) licence
* Minimum of 2 years’ HGV 2 driving experience preferred but not essential
* Maximum of 3 minor penalty points (no major endorsements)
* Proven multi-drop delivery experience (essential)
* Physically fit and capable of handling heavy goods
* Good command of written and spoken English
* Strong literacy and numeracy skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive, professional attitude
* Reliable and able to commit to Monday–Friday work on an ongoing basis
Previous experience in a similar distribution role would be advantageous.
