Responsibilities for Business Development Executive
* Proactively generate new business opportunities through direct sales activities
* Conduct data cleansing exercises and use provided data to generate sales interest and secure qualified appointments for the sales team
* Collaborate with marketing to execute coordinated campaigns and follow up on mailshots and other marketing activities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing partner accounts
* Ensure customers are fully aware of the portfolio of services and identify potential new service requirements
* Prepare quotes and supporting documentation for customers within agreed timelines
* Accurately update the customer database and CRM system, ensuring efficient sales process administration
* Provide exceptional support to customers, including handling incoming sales calls, technical support, and customer service inquiries
Qualifications for Business Development Executive
* Proven experience in a sales or business development role, with a focus on new business generation
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
* A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems.
