We're looking for an Agent to join our KierBAM joint venture working on the Hinkley Point C project based in Bristol.
Location: Bristol Avonmouth, crew transfer from Cardiff to the working area. Can offer some working from home.
Hours: 40 hours per week – some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us

Responsibilities
As an Agent, you'll be working within the Hinkley Point C team, supporting them in ensuring that work within the Fish Return System is delivered per project requirements and company policies and systems.
Your day to day will include:
* Supporting offshore HSE practices through daily briefings, safety tours, and permit management
* Coordinating marine construction activities to meet technical and schedule requirements. It includes lifting, grouting and vessel coordination.
* Tracking site performance, maintaining work plans, and reporting on progress
* Acting as a key offshore interface with vessel crews, support teams, and stakeholders
* Supporting risk and issue management to maintain safe and effective delivery
What are we looking for?
This role of Agent is great for you if:
* Proven experience in offshore or marine civil engineering or related fields
* Strong understanding of safe systems of work in offshore environments
* Ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver results independently
