Typical day as an Assistant Development and Delivery Mana**
* gerWorking alongside our Development & Delivery colleagues across a number of si
* tesYou'll carefully managing income and expenditure, assisting in the delivery of our schemes against key performance targe
* ts.You'll help manage and deliver projects including managing project appraisals, data analysis, cashflows, contract programmes, scheme budgets, document management, site inspections, and property handove
* rs.You'll use your fantastic interpersonal skills to sustain good relationships with developers, contractor partners and internal tea

* bringA great knowledge of residential led development, project management and the planning system, delivering against design stand
