Manage end-to-end recruitment and induction for plant operators
Work closely with managers and project teams to ensure smooth deployment
Implement workforce planning strategies to meet project demands
Support key accounts including HS2 and regional recruitment needs
Strong communicator across phone, email, and in-person
Tech-savvy with Microsoft Excel and data entry systems
Recruitment or document control experience is desirable
