What You Will Do
* Support students with personalised learning and communication
* Encourage positive engagement in classroom and sensory-based activities
* Contribute to fun, structured routines that promote independence
* Help create a calm, inclusive and motivating atmosphere
* Assist teachers with learning plans across a wide age range

What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 6 months childcare experience, ideally supporting SEN
* A warm, adaptable and patient approach
* Willingness to assist with a range of learning and pastoral needs
* Ability to work confidently with students aged 3 to 19
* A driver is essential due to the location of the school

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
