Your new role
1. Provide high-quality HR support across employee relations, recruitment, and learning & development.
2. Manage early-stage employee relations casework, assisting with more complex cases.
3. Lead recruitment campaigns, developing networks and leveraging social media.
4. Apply and develop HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practice.
5. Support organisational change, employee engagement, and communications strategies.
