Planner – Liverpool
I’m currently recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded planning consultancy that is looking to add a Planner to its growing Liverpool office.
This position offers the chance to work on a diverse portfolio of projects across the North West, within a team that values professional development, collaboration, and high-quality planning advice.
The Role
You will be involved in:
1. Preparing and coordinating planning applications for a range of development types
2. Drafting planning statements, policy appraisals, and supporting documentation
3. Engaging with local planning authorities and project stakeholders
4. Assisting with site assessments and planning strategy work
5. Supporting senior team members on complex or large-scale schemes
About You
My client is interested in speaking with candidates who have:
6. A degree in Town Planning or a related discipline
7. Experience in UK planning (local authority or consultancy)
8. Working towards MRTPI or already accredited
9. Strong written skills and attention to detail
10. A positive, team-oriented approach
