You'll act as a first point of contact for resolving customer service charge queries and complaints. Ensuring complaints are handled fairly, transparently and in line with regulatory requirements while delivering high-quality customer service. We'll look to you to play a key part in reducing service charge disputes, improving trust with residents and supporting continuous improvement in service charge setting, communication and recovery.
