Job Title: Technical Customer Service Advisor

Job Type: Full-Time Permanent

Hours: 37 per week Mon-Fri

Salary: 27k per annum + enhanced benefits

Location: Warwick - office based

As a Technical Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for:

* Answering a high volume of inbound customer calls
* Processing incoming orders and dealing with all general email enquiries
* Working alongside head office and other key internal stakeholders to provide outstanding levels of customer service
* Developing technical product knowledge in order to provide detailed customer support and handle fault resolution
* Working with in house systems including SAP to accurately store information
* Providing aftersales support and identifying spare parts

Desirable Skills:

* Good attitude and people skills
* Attention to detail
* Experience in working within a busy Customer facing role, office experience is not reuired!
* Problem solving skills
* Previous experience in working with CRM systems, or strong systems skills
* Interest in understanding and working with a range of technical products
