What you will be doing:
1. Train to become an authority in product-oriented custom professional services delivery, upholding and role modelling best practices, processes, tools, and methodologies.
2. Deliver custom professional services projects.
3. Support the scoping of product-oriented solutions to learn about end-to-end solution design and delivery.
4. Create and deliver customer results presentations and find solutions in a customer-focused delivery environment.
5. Evaluate data for test development, optimization, benchmarking, conduct local validation studies, and develop content for assessments and supporting tools.
What we are looking for from you:
Essential:
* Masters Degree in Occupational Psychology or a closely related field
* Intermediate knowledge of Excel, SPSS, and PowerPoint
* Excellent communication and technical writing skills
* Ability to work independently
Desirable:
* Knowledge of psychometric test design, analytics, and data management
* Masters in Occupational Psychology
* Experience on projects and managing customer/stakeholder relationships
