We are seeking a dedicated Regional Soft Services Lead to join our team at GFSL for the East of England region.

As a Regional Soft Services Lead, you will work alongside experienced colleagues across Payroll, Attract, Projects, Finance, Commercial & Supply Chain, and more, all dedicated to making a positive difference and providing a safe environment.
The East of England region covers and may require travel to:

Essential Requirements:
* TFM Industry Experience
* Demonstrable Leadership Skills
* Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
* Ability to organize, manage, and direct diverse teams
* Practical application of safe working practices
* Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
* Strong leadership, management, and interpersonal skills
