Job Description Summary
All resources, and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' site/property. These activities contribute to, maintain, repair and refurbish sold or existing products. This role includes all types of maintenance service (preventive and remedial), manage maintenance facilities and field services engineering. You will be accountable for the quality of your own work. Will be subject to direct operations supervision/prescribed work instructions/systems checking. Execute within a well-defined operations framework. There is generally a step by step sequence of standard operational tasks which need to be followed to achieve an end result.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
* Taking direction from and balancing the needs of Biomed Team Leaders and Account Manager to support the contract and meet KPI's.
* Carry out Preventative and corrective maintenance on medical equipment as per manufacturer's guidelines.
* Complete all relevant administrative tasks while maintaining and improving data quality into CMS tool.
* Maintain daily communications with customers as directed, to ensure resolution and proper follow-up, leading to customer satisfaction. As instructed, implement GE/customer facility contract, supporting business goals and objectives.
* Assist wider team where needed to meet local or global goals.
* Comply with GE leadership behaviours.
* Take ownership within workshop and comply with local H&S regulations.
* Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position.
Qualifications And Requirements
* Previous experience working as a Biomedical Engineer or similar engineering sector
* A degree in Biomedical Engineering or Electronics Engineering or equivalent
* Good IT Skills
* Familiarity with national regulatory standards
* Good customer relationship skills
* Excellent communication
