Total Mobile Systems Analyst role, available on a Permanent basis for a leading social housing provider.
This role will work as part of the Maintenance systems team, supporting mobile working applications.
Salary: £40,000 – plus a good benefits package

The essential skills for this role are:
* Experience supporting Mobile working applications – such as DRS, Total Mobile, MRI Go etc.
* Experience liaising with technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Ability to provide good levels of customer service to users
* Good understanding of the repairs and field service processes
* Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
The post holder will get experience managing the supplier of the systems. They’ll work as part of a team to keep the housing operations running smoothly for the thousands of people they support.
