The Role
Ranked by the prestigious L500 Tier system, you will work as part of a team at the forefront of energy and infrastructure financing in the UK.
Engaging in projects of the highest value and complexity, you will support clients with the full life cycle of the financing and refinancing of large-scale energy and infrastructure projects internationally. Working hand-in-hand with colleagues from the Projects, Corporate and General Banking teams, you will also advise on M&A activity in relation to these commonly cross-border projects.
You will have a large amount of client contact as you aid renewable energy developers, infrastructure funds, major international banks, private equity houses and energy companies on business-critical projects.

The Ideal Candidate
* An ambitious solicitor (6+ PQE) with a strong financing background, ideally including experience within the energy and infrastructure sectors
* Can manage a varied caseload with a range of clients and has the ambition and communication skills to further develop client relations
* Actively seeking to take on demanding, complex and engaging work
* Is commercially aware and knowledgeable about the current banking law landscape
