Hunter Adams is currently supporting a leading oil & gas drilling services organisation in their search for a Project Payroll Manager to join their team in Aberdeen on a permanent basis.
This role will lead the delivery and optimisation of HR & Payroll systems projects, working across SAP HR/PY, SuccessFactors, HR, IT and Shared Services teams to drive system improvements and global payroll project delivery.
Key highlights of the role include leading end-to-end HR, Time and Payroll system projects, working closely with SAP functional consultants and global stakeholders, supporting global payroll operations and compliance, and driving continuous improvement across HR and Payroll processes.
This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong SAP HR/Payroll experience, proven project delivery capability, and the ability to manage complex, multi-country HR and payroll initiatives.
