An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an ambitious International Tax Manager or Senior Manager to join a high performing team within a leading global professional services firm.
This role sits within their International Tax group, advising some of the world's largest and most complex multinational organisations. If you're looking to accelerate your tax career in a dynamic, fast paced environment, this is a standout opportunity.
The Role
You'll work with a diverse portfolio of UK‑listed and multinational clients, supporting them on a wide range of international tax matters.
The work is varied, challenging and commercially impactful, covering areas such as:
1. Multi-jurisdictional tax structuring
2. Business reorganisations and international expansion
3. Operating model redesign
4. Cross border transactions and due diligence
5. Tax controversy support
6. Responding to global tax policy changes, including BEPS
You'll play a key role in delivering technically excellent advice, collaborating with specialists across the UK and overseas, and supporting the development of junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
7. Delivering high quality international tax advisory services to support clients' commercial objectives
8. Managing complex advisory projects, including structuring, refinancing, reorganisations and tax authority enquiries
9. Coordinating input from specialists across multiple jurisdictions
10. Building strong client relationships and identifying opportunities to add value
11. Supporting business development activity, including proposals and client pitches
12. Coaching and developing junior colleagues
13. Acting as a role model for the firm's values and contributing to a collaborative team culture
About YouWe're looking for a driven, commercially minded tax professional who thrives in a fast moving environment. You will ideally have:
14. ACA, CA, CTA, ACCA or equivalent qualification
15. Strong UK corporate tax and accounting knowledge
16. Experience advising multinational or large corporate clients (helpful but not essential)
17. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
18. Strong analytical and problem solving capability
19. The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
20. A proactive mindset, curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning
This role is ideal for a Manager ready to take on more complex international work, or an ambitious Assistant Manager looking to step up.
