Reporting to: Chief Marketing Officer
Are you a data-driven marketer with a passion for account-based strategies and using cutting-edge tools? Join us to lead high-impact marketing across the UK, Ireland, and Middle East, driving growth and deepening engagement with our customers.
What You’ll Do
 * Lead account-based marketing (ABM) across priority industries and named accounts.
 * Own and optimise HubSpot Marketing Hub: automation, lead scoring, workflows, attribution, and integrations.
 * Champion AI-enabled marketing to accelerate content creation, personalisation, and experimentation.
 * Execute multi-channel campaigns across email, paid media, and partnerships.
 * Operationalise intent data to boost conversion and pipeline velocity.
 * Collaborate with Sales and Product to align messaging, prioritise accounts, and measure impact.
 * Drive content strategy and brand positioning through thought leadership and customer-centric storytelling.
 * Manage regional web presence, SEO, analytics, and compliance.
 * Plan and deliver owned and third-party events.
What You’ll Bring
 * Proven ABM experience with audience design, personalisation at scale, and sales orchestration.
 * Strong grasp of demand generation, paid media, and retargeting strategies.
 * Fluency in analytics: GA4, Tag Manager, UTM discipline, and multi-touch attribution.
 * Hands-on experience with AI tools for marketing experimentation and content creation.
 * Excellent copywriting and messaging skills across formats and funnel stages.
 * Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders across regions.
 * Experience working internationally and adapting campaigns for diverse markets (Arabic a plus).
Experience Required
 * 3+ years in B2B marketing, with a track record of pipeline creation and revenue influence.
 * International marketing.
 * High level of marketing technical literacy.
 * Success in intent data activation.
 * Proven event strategy and execution.
 * Collaboration with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
