As a Town Planner, you will be working closely with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders to provide expert planning advice and deliver high-quality outcomes. You will be preparing and submitting planning applications, appeals, and reports, and undertaking site appraisals to provide clear, strategic recommendations. You will be given responsibility for managing your own projects while also supporting senior colleagues on larger-scale developments. Responsibilities

* Undertake site appraisals to provide clear, strategic recommendations.

* Collaborate with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality planning outcomes.
Requirements
* Degree in Town Planning, Urban Planning, Geography, or a related discipline
* MRTPI accredited or working towards chartership
* Strong knowledge of the UK planning system and relevant legislation
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
* Experience in a private consultancy or local authority is desirable but not essential
* Ambitious, motivated, and committed to professional development
