As a pivotal role in our Luxury Hotel Management, the Commis Chef will play a crucial part in maintaining our high standards of culinary excellence.
Responsibilities
* Assist in the preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes
* Ensure the kitchen areas are clean and hygienic
* Follow recipes and presentation specifications
* Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef
* Monitor food stock and place orders when needed
* Adhere to health and safety standards
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Commis Chef or relevant role
* Knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques
* Culinary qualifications are a plus
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
