Recently secured several new confirmed projects starting throughout the year.
Strong pipeline of works extending into late 2027.
Essential requirement: Prime/High-End Residential refurbishment experience.
Senior Project Manager's Role:
Oversee 2-3 projects with contract values ranging from £5 to £20 million with a site manager present on each site
Responsible for project management, including programming and procurement.
Proficiency in MS Projects is preferred.
Previous experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements:
High-end residential/Prime refurbishment experience.
Excellent organizational and team management skills.
Competent in programming and procurement.
Knowledge of Asta or MS Projects.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Benefits:
Salary: £75,000 - £90,000
