Your Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the converting line team to achieve production goals, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
* Coordinate and monitor daily production activities & resource allocation
* Ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
* Monitor product quality and implement quality control measures to ensure standards are consistently met.
* Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly to minimise downtime and maintain production efficiency.
* Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and performance.
* Collaborate with other departments, such as papermaking, maintenance, quality control, and logistics, to optimise production processes.
* Prepare and maintain production reports, analysing data to identify areas for improvement.
* Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting teamwork and effective communication.
Your Profile
* Good technical knowledge of converting processes and equipment.
* Good leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
* Good problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisions.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
* Good positive 'can do' attitude
