Job Overview
Position: Franchisee / Independent HR Consultant
Responsibilities
* Build and grow an independent HR consultancy
* Identify, secure, and serve clients across all sectors
* Provide tailored HR advice, leadership development, and organisational development services
* Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation, including ERA 2025 and the British Franchise Association Code of Practice
* Utilise the franchise team’s marketing, business development and holiday cover support
Qualifications
* Qualified HR professional (e.g., CIPD)
* Experience as an HR specialist, HR director, or at a comparable level
* Authorised to live and work in the United Kingdom
* Strong business development, client relationship, and consulting skills
