We are looking for a skilled and motivated baker with lamination (Viennoiserie) experience to join our busy bakery in central London.
* Working as part of a busy team on a regular rota, on early bake shifts and afternoon prep shifts
* Laminating croissant and puff pastry to a high and consistent standard.
