A fantastic business development opportunity to join Sky Business's Mid Market organization. Deliver solutions leveraging our UK-wide network, extensive partners, and our parent company Comcast Business to meet customer needs now and in the future.
Responsibilities include:
* Lead Generation & Prospecting: Lead the team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
* Moving at Pace: Multitask efficiently, identify quick wins, qualify, and close deals.
* Accountability: Forecast accurately and drive sales to close.
* Sales & Revenue Growth: Develop strategies to meet sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Proposal & Contract Negotiation: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and contracts.
* Reporting: Track and report on activities and performance metrics.
* Team Leadership: Manage team performance, set KPIs, motivate, and guide team members.
* Resilience: Adapt strategies and encourage creative problem solving.
Qualifications:
* Experience delivering high-volume telecom deals into Mid-Market businesses.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and in teams.
* Highly motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
* Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office, and other tools.
