The Role:A prominent, market-leading law firm is seeking a Corporate Solicitor to join their successful team in the heart of Sheffield city centre. This forward-thinking firm advises major clients across sectors including technology, financial services, and real estate.You'll be part of a dynamic corporate team delivering commercial, innovative, and pragmatic legal solutions to high-profile clients. The role offers exposure to a broad range of transactional work, including M&A, joint ventures, corporate restructures, and general corporate advisory matters.The firm is known for nurturing talent and offers genuine opportunities for career development and progression.Key Responsibilities:
* Advising clients on a range of corporate transactions including acquisitions, disposals, mergers, and restructures
* Drafting and negotiating corporate documentation such as SPAs, shareholders' agreements, and investment documents
* Acting for a broad client base from start-ups to PLCs and international organisations
* Providing pragmatic and commercially focused legal advice
* Supporting the wider corporate team in business development and client care
About You:
* Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
* Experience in transactional corporate/commercial matters
* Commercially minded and confident dealing directly with clients
* A team player who is also capable of working independently
* Keen to develop professionally and take on increasing responsibility
