We are seeking a highly capable Full-Stack Developer to join their Risk team, reporting to the Group Head of Risk. In this key position, you will work closely with trading and risk professionals to design, develop, and implement new and essential trading and risk analysis tools from the ground up. Spearhead the full lifecycle development of new web and potentially mobile-based trading and risk management applications.
Take ownership of the entire technology stack, from backend data processing and logic to the development of intuitive user interfaces.
Collaborate closely with risk managers and traders to gather detailed requirements and translate them into robust and scalable technical solutions.
Focus on building efficient data pipelines, implementing data scheduling, and creating insightful data visualizations to support critical risk analysis and reporting.
Drive the development process, ensuring high code quality, adherence to best practices, and timely delivery of key features.
Minimum 5 years experience as a Full-Stack Developer with strong proficiency in Python and modern web development frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, Asyncio/Aio
A solid understanding of quantitative risk measurement techniques (VaR, Greeks, Sensitivities, Stress testing) and core portfolio management principles.
A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
Demonstrated ability to develop user-friendly web frontends using contemporary frameworks (Angular, React, or Vue.js).
Strong SQL skills and experience with database technologies.
Familiarity with software testing methodologies and frameworks.
