Are you a highly organised and proactive individual with a passion for supporting senior executives? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your skills and insights contribute to the success of a dynamic team? If so, Ipsos Public Affairs wants to hear from you!
The role
As Personal Assistant to the Managing Director (MD) and Deputy Managing Director (DMD), you'll be the backbone of Ipsos Public Affairs, a leading research and evaluation team within Ipsos UK, partnering with government, public, corporate, and not-for-profit sectors. With over 320 staff, this team plays a vital role in understanding and managing issues, shaping reputations, and evaluating policy. You will be the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing the MD and DMD’s complex schedules, and ensuring the smooth operation of their daily activities.

* Exceptional Organisation: Outstanding organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritise effectively, and remain calm under pressure.
* Communication Prowess: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to interact professionally with individuals at all levels, while maintaining discretion with confidential information.
* Research Acumen: Knowledge of the social research and evaluation business is highly desirable, demonstrating a genuine interest in Ipsos Public Affairs’ core work.
We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support you as an individual. Our standard benefits include 25 days annual leave, pension contribution, income protection and life assurance. In addition, there are a range health & wellbeing, financial benefits and professional development opportunities.
We realise you may have commitments outside of work and will consider flexible working applications - please highlight what you are looking for when you make your application. We have a hybrid approach to work and ask people to be in the office or with clients for 3 days per week.
We are committed to equality, treating people fairly, promoting a positive and inclusive working environment and ensuring we have diversity of people and views. We recognise that this is important for our business success - a more diverse workforce will enable us to better reflect and understand the world we research and ultimately deliver better research and insight to our clients.
