You will receive full training suppor3ed by the current foreman (who is due to retire) and will a formal professional development plan with the HR Team. The ideal Junior Foreman / Trainee Foreman candidate will have experience in a similar role or be a fully qualified Engineer looking to take that next step on the career ladder. Once trained and in role, the salary will increase to a minimum of £40,000 with the opportunity to earn overtime back on the tools when the opportunity arises. An an OTE of £50,000 is therefore realistically achievable. The Junior Foreman / Trainee Workshop Foreman will work with our clients Stamford team, a dynamic workshop collective of skilled agriculture engineers. Day in and day out, this team dedicates itself to the service of our clients customers. As an Agricultural Workshop Foreman, youll be responsible for organising a team of skilled engineers working on agricultural machinery. A priority will be to galvanise the engineering team to ensure they deliver against key targets, namely workshop efficiency and customer satisfaction. The Working Foreman should be self-motivated, reliable, with excellent interpersonal skills, able to demonstrate a successful track record of winning the respect of both your colleagues, manufacturers and customers.
