Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Parts Sales Specialist located in Ashford. The Parts Sales Specialist will assist customers with selecting and purchasing vehicle and trailer parts, ensure customer satisfaction, manage sales transactions, and maintain accurate inventory records. The role also involves providing information about product availability, pricing, and compatibility, while delivering outstanding customer service to meet the needs of various clients.
Qualifications
* Proven skills in Customer Service and fostering Customer Satisfaction
* Strong Communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
* Experience in Sales and capabilities in building relationships to drive business
* Knowledge of Inventory Control to ensure accurate stocking and order fulfillment
* Relevant automotive or vehicle parts experience is highly advantageous
* Ability to work on-site in Ashford and collaborate effectively with team members
* A valid driver’s license and the ability to occasionally transport parts between locations are a plus
