Employment Law Paralegal - Doncaster
(Full-Time | 25 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays)
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Employment Law Paralegal to join our busy and supportive legal team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience across a wide range of employment matters and support senior lawyers in delivering first-class advice to clients.
About the Role
You will assist in managing a varied caseload of employment law matters, supporting clients through all stages of disputes and providing guidance on day-to-day employment issues. You'll work closely with solicitors to prepare documents, liaise with clients, and ensure deadlines and regulatory requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities
Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and related documents
Assisting in preparing correspondence, witness statements, and tribunal bundles
Liaising with clients, counsel, and third parties
Conducting legal research and preparing summaries of findings
Supporting the team with case management and administrative tasks
Maintaining accurate records and compliance with legal and regulatory obligations
About You
Previous experience in employment law or a similar paralegal role
Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently while managing a diverse caseload
Proactive, client-focused approach and a desire to develop in employment law
A relevant qualification in law or employment law is desirable but not essential
