Job overview
We are seeking a dedicated GP or Consultant to join an innovative new Wellness Service in Barrow, designed to transform care for adult patients at high risk of hospital admission or with frequent hospital stays. This is an opportunity to lead and shape a multidisciplinary team that brings together professionals from a range of services such as medicine, nursing, pharmacy, social care, therapy, voluntary sector, and community services.

As the Clinical Lead for this developing service, you will have a unique opportunity to influence its direction and make a meaningful impact.
Why Join Us?
* Shape a new service: by contributing to the design and growth of this innovative service at its early stages.
* Balanced schedule: work Monday-Friday with no evening or weekend commitments, based in Barrow.
* Purposeful work: improve patient outcomes by addressing complex needs in a community setting.
Previous applicants need not apply.
