Responsibilities
* Ensure customers' properties are homes they can be proud of, supporting them in their tenancies.
* Assist customers with housing benefit claims and make sure claims are posted to their rent accounts.
* Issue and sign warning letters and notices that may lead to court proceedings when required.
* Turn around vacant or void rooms within set timescales to maximize occupancy.
* Ensure health and safety compliance and that maintenance standards are met.
Qualifications & Skills
* Know‑how of re‑letting rooms or units, collecting rents, and taking formal tenancy action when needed (or willingness to learn).
* Ability to take a lead role within the team, offering guidance and support to colleagues.
* Ability to work on your own initiative, positively influencing people from all different backgrounds.
* Positive, proactive, and well‑organised attitude.
* Confident working collaboratively with colleagues across the business and with external partners.
* Comfortable using technology to create and update support plans, make benefit claims, and handle tenancy sign‑ups.
* Flexible working hours are acceptable.
* Requires an Enhanced DBS check.
