Kenvue is currently recruiting for a Senior Customer Development Manager. This position reports into the BUH and is based at our High Wycombe office (scheduled move to Reading Q1 2026).

What You Will Do
The Customer Development Team partners with retail, pharmacy, and wholesale customers to implement strategies and initiatives that drive profitable growth. The Senior Customer Development Manager (SCDM) leads at least one high-priority GFO within a business unit, acts as a role model, and ensures the delivery of trading strategies and plans aligned with company and customer objectives. The role involves building strong customer relationships, executing business plans, searching for commercial innovation, and inspiring the team to excel in account management.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain an external perspective to anticipate marketplace changes and develop solutions.
* Deliver high-quality customer contact and engagement to improve results.
* Manage and deliver annual business plans, including JBP agreements.
* Achieve NTS, TI, and GP objectives while gaining brand share.
* Engage in revenue growth management efforts.
* Optimize trade investments and ensure timely, compliant financial processes.
* Generate reliable forecasts for the business.
* Identify and deliver commercial innovations.
* Build internal partnerships and support customer projects to achieve strategic goals.
People Management
* Adhere to Kenvue’s people processes.
* Provide continuous coaching and feedback to team members.
* Foster teamwork, innovation, and idea sharing.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, with strong intellectual curiosity.
* Progressive experience in blue-chip FMCG companies.
* Proven track record of profitable growth with customers in developed markets.
* Experience with major global retailers, pharmacy, or wholesale channels.
* Strong experience in managing and negotiating joint business plans.
* Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
* Entrepreneurial spirit, proactive in identifying issues and opportunities.
* Broad commercial understanding, including front-line sales, CS&P, and shopper insights.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in MS Office, Nielsen, and Kantar.
