Maintenance Engineer Role:
£35K OTE
1 in 3 Saturday Call
Overtime Available (Sunday after 2pm 2x)
Aylesbury
Days 8am - 5pm
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Maintenance responsibility
* Reactive Maintenance
* PLC Fault Finding
* Roller Mills, Plan sifters, Purifiers, Conveyors
* Chains, Belts, Bearings
* AC/DC Motors, 3 Phase Motors
* Packaging Equipement
Experience and Qualification:
Electrically biased or Mechanically biased
18th Edition required
NVQ Level 3 preferred
HNC preferred
What we're looking for:
* Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer in a manufacturing or industrial environment
* Strong mechanical knowledge; electrical skills desirable (or vice versa)
* Ability to fault-find and repair a wide range of plant and processing machinery
* Comfortable working with tools, drawings, schematics, and control systems
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
* Flexibility to support occasional out-of-hours work or shift patterns if needed
* Safety-conscious, team-oriented, and reliable
