Alison Gray Recruitment is currently hiring for anStores Coordinator on behalf of a leading manufacturing company based in Ballymena. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy and growing team, supporting the efficient operation of the factory store and contributing to the development of streamlined procedures for goods inwards and outwards. Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00am 17:00pm Flexibility required for overtime and occasional Saturdays Responsibilities: Coordinate all store activities including ordering, receipting, and issuing stock Liaise with suppliers to manage stock levels, delivery schedules, and certifications Use Syteline software to maintain accurate stock records and manage JIT deliveries Conduct stock cycle counts and investigate discrepancies Manage PPE and uniform procurement and distribution in line with Health & Safety standards Collaborate with internal departments to support procurement and stock management Maintain a clean and organized store environment Operate a forklift (training provided if needed) Essential Criteria: Experience working in a store within a manufacturing or similar environment Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant software systems Highly organized with strong attention to detail Positive attitude and commitment to company goals Effective communication and problem-solving skills Understanding of Health & Safety procedures and company policies Desirable Criteria: Full clean driving licence Ability to operate machinery CSR / First Aid / Fire Warden training Company Benefits: Pension Scheme Company sick pay scheme Shift Allowance Private Healthcare AXA coverage and discounts On-site Parking Cycle to Work Scheme Life Insurance 30 Days annual leave Referral Scheme Employee incentive program Please send your CV for consideration.
