Role Overview:
As a Martech Architect Manager, you will be a crucial part of our Customer Tech team supporting the delivery of Personalisation Strategies for clients aiming to drive customer-centric experiences. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Customer Data Platforms (CDP), with a focus on:
* Customer Data Strategy: Understanding data-driven approaches for strategic decision-making
* Personalisation: Enhancing customer experiences
* Audience Insights: Analyzing customer data to inform marketing strategies
* Data Orchestration: Integrating data seamlessly across platforms
* Product Ownership: Project management (agile) and core consulting skills
Responsibilities Include:
* Shaping and delivering technical implementations and designs for Personalisation projects (B2B or B2C)
* Supporting the deployment of CDPs and selecting appropriate vendors; leading technical work streams and managing product/backlog requirements
* Upskilling teams on CDP capabilities and technical knowledge
* Understanding customer data sources and activation channels for personalisation with a low level of technical detail
* Designing technical solutions and advising on enterprise architecture best practices
* Planning and facilitating workshops
* Supporting client pitches and proposals
* Engaging with various stakeholders effectively
Required Skills and Experience:
* Significant industry experience in Personalisation & CDP projects
* Deep functional expertise in at least one core CDP platform (e.g., Salesforce Data Cloud, Adobe Experience Platform, TreasureData, Tealium, SegmentCDP)
* Experience working as part of a CDP team
