The management team is friendly and nurturing, with grassroots experience to support your role.
As a print finisher, you will work independently as part of a 2-3 person shift rotation on a print finishing machine producing letters, bills, leaflets, booklets, statements, and various other A4 prints for several companies.

Working as a print finisher requires attention to detail and understanding the complexities of the role.
You should have at least 12 months of print finishing experience and be able to work the two shift patterns: 6am - 2pm and 2pm - 10pm.
You will work within a quality-focused, high-volume, demanding continuous production environment. You will operate various print finishing lines, including specialist Hunkeler book-making machinery, sheeting machinery, guillotine, and other paper finishing lines and pallet-moving equipment.
After training, you may perform other duties within the dispatch and enclosing department, support recycling, and assist with unloading and loading collections and deliveries. Additionally, you will support the insertion area with tasks like pallet wrapping and stock movement as needed.
Shift responsibilities include:
1. Operating production equipment in a fast-paced environment
2. Completing work accurately within specific timeframes
3. Performing regular quality checks
