In this mobile/hybrid role, you’ll enjoy the flexibility of working remotely while attending our Stansted office once a week. With a competitive salary package of £76,000 (including car allowance), this is your chance to lead in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Responsibilities

As our Sales Manager, you will:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to grow the **Line Maintenance and Learning Solutions (EASA Part 147 & Part 145)** segments.

- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored, value-driven solutions.

- Drive business development in line maintenance, aviation MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul), and training and development.

- Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and exceptional customer satisfaction.

- Stay ahead of industry trends by conducting market research and competitive analysis, providing actionable insights to the team.

- Partner with Sales & Marketing teams to design and promote solutions aligned with our company’s value proposition.

- Regularly report on sales targets, account progress, and forecasts to ensure alignment with company objectives.

- Advocate for diversity and inclusion, working with clients to implement learning programs that reflect these values.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you’ll need:

- **Experience**: At least 5 years of proven sales experience in the Aerospace & Aviation sector. Familiarity with MRO, line maintenance, and training solutions is highly desirable.

- **Education**: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation Management, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

- **Skills**:

- Exceptional sales and negotiation skills with a client-focused approach.

- Strong communication, networking, and presentation abilities.

- In-depth understanding of aviation technologies and MRO processes.

- Knowledge of training and development methodologies.

- **Technology**: Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

- A demonstrated commitment to fostering diversity, equality, and inclusion in professional settings.

Day-to-day

- Engage with clients through calls, emails, and in-person meetings to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Technical, Marketing, and Learning & Development, to deliver comprehensive solutions.

- Travel to meet clients, attend industry events, and stay updated on market trends.

- Monitor sales performance, provide feedback to leadership, and adjust strategies to meet and exceed targets.
