We are currently recruiting three compassionate and experienced Registered Nurses to join our dedicated team in Sussex, supporting Adult and Paediatric clients with complex care needs.
Flexible Shifts Available:
We offer a variety of shifts Days, Nights, and Twilights across 24-hour care packages, making this role ideal for nurses seeking part-time work or additional hours alongside existing commitments.

Key Clinical Skills & Experience Required:
We’re looking for nurses with strong clinical confidence and experience in managing complex conditions, including:
* Epilepsy management and administration of emergency medication (Buccal Midazolam)
* BiPAP/CPAP (non-invasive ventilation)
* PEG care and enteral feeding
* Supporting clients with brain and spinal injuries
* Safe manual handling techniques
* Experience with visual impairments and non-verbal communication
Experience working with both adult and paediatric clients is highly desirable.

Responsibilities
* Provide 1-2-1 support to a child with Complex Care needs.
* Work closely with the Nurse Manager Team to provide quality care to a paediatric client.
* Commit to a regular working pattern and collaborate with Care Coordinators for effective care delivery.
* Build rapport with clients and families, working within the family home to achieve individual goals.
* Potential for growth and development into a supervisor or management role.
Requirements
* NMC - registered Nurse with a Clean and valid pin with at least 1 year post-registration experience
* Experience in delivering care to complex clients, preferably in the community.
* Right to work in the UK.
* UK driving license and access to own vehicle.
* Compassion, confidence, and a gentle caring nature.
