We’re on the lookout for an experienced Permanent Commercial Recruitment Consultant to join our passionate team and help build on our strong client relationships and ever-growing candidate network.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Managing and developing a 360° recruitment desk focused on permanent commercial roles (e.g. admin, customer service, sales, marketing, HR)
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
* Sourcing and interviewing high-calibre candidates
* Matching candidates to roles and managing the recruitment process end-to-end
* Meeting KPIs and revenue targets – and enjoying the rewards that come with success!
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in a recruitment consultant role (ideally commercial/permanent desk)
* A natural communicator who thrives on building relationships
* Driven, target-oriented, and self-motivated
* Resilient, positive, and adaptable in a fast-moving environment
