Office Administrator – Full-Time, Permanent

Location: Glengormley (Central Location, with Private Car Park)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (Paid Lunch & Tea Breaks)
Salary: Dependent on Experience

We’re a friendly, well-established legal firm in the heart of Glengormley, and we’re looking for an Office Administrator to join our team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic, eager to learn, and cares about people. Many of our administrators have progressed within the firm — becoming legal secretaries, assistants, clerks, and front-of-house professionals — so if you’re motivated and keen to develop your skills, this role offers excellent long-term prospects.


About the Role

You’ll play a key part in supporting the day-to-day running of the office.
Your responsibilities will include:

* Handling incoming and outgoing post
* Greeting clients and carrying out Front of House duties
* Managing files and documents (both digital and physical)
* Assisting with general office administrationLearning office procedures and supporting colleagues as needed

Full training will be provided — no prior legal experience is necessary.
