As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will help take the company's marketing to the next level. If you're passionate about digital marketing and love the idea of working with a values-led business that prioritises personal growth and positive change, this role is for you!
The Role
* Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals
* Manage and optimise digital campaigns (email, SEO, paid media - Meta & Google)
* Create and refine content across channels
* Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all platforms
* Liaise with our Marketing Director to align strategy and execution
* Track performance, generate insights, and optimise campaign results
* Plan and deliver marketing events including retreats and live experiences
* Support the coaching brand's expansion into wider business areas as needed
The Candidate
* Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally in coaching or professional services
* Hands-on experience with Meta and Google advertising
* Confident in creating email sequences and managing CRM systems
* Strong content creation and editing skills
* Highly organised, able to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines
* Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insight
* Comfortable working independently
* Passion for personal development, coaching, or wellbeing is a bonus
