East & North Hertfordshire NHS Trust is currently recruiting for the post of Clinical Support Worker, to work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to provide a high standard of patient care.
You must be 18+ to undertake this post.

Main duties of the job

Some of the responsibilities within the role of Clinical Support Worker are:
3. Communicating with patients
4. Working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse/Midwife
5. Washing / dressing patients
6. Taking patients physiological observations
7. Making beds and cleaning bed areas
8. Serving meals and assisting feeding patients
9. Talking / listening to patients

This is a training post, while applicants must undertake 16 months apprenticeship.
***Applicants will be invited to part take in an online diagnostic assessment of Maths and English in relation to the apprenticeship**
We have vacancies that cut across all our divisions, which include planned and unplanned. All Clinical Support Workers are based on Hospital Wards / Departments and will be working Days, Nights, Weekends and Bank Holidays.
