Clinical Team Manager – Talking Therapies
GMMH Psychological Therapies Division is a large Talking Therapies reporting service for people experiencing common mental health disorders. We consist of Psychological wellbeing practitioners, Cognitive Behavioural Therapists, Counsellors, Mental Health Practitioners and Psychologists.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven and motivated individual to work as a Clinical Team Manager in our Talking Therapies service. We have a permanent position available in our Wigan Talking Therapies Service.

Responsibilities
 * Assist with day‑to‑day management and leadership of the established services.
 * Provide line management supervision to staff within the service and deputise for/support the Operational Manager with other aspects of service development and delivery.
 * Recruit, train and retain staff.
 * Work closely with HR to support staff and implement HR policies.
 * Chair Team Meetings and support ongoing development of the team through identifying learning opportunities with the wider management team.
 * Deliver a supportive, training‑focused environment to the management team.

Pay Enhancements
 * Band: Saturday (midnight to midnight) and any weekday after 8pm and before 6am.
 * All time on Sundays and Public Holidays (midnight to midnight).
