Role Overview
We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Group HR and Talent Manager to shape and deliver our people strategy across multiple sites.
This is a key leadership role, responsible for building a high-performing, engaged, and values-driven workforce that underpins Cool Motion UK’s continued growth and trusted reputation.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and implement HR strategy across the group in line with business objectives
* Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent development across production, technical, and support teams
* Develop and roll out consistent employment contracts and HR documentation company-wide
* Ensure HR audits and ethical compliance across all sites, maintaining accurate records and meeting regulatory standards
* Champion employee engagement, wellbeing, and culture initiatives
* Manage employee relations, performance management, and succession planning
* Ensure compliance with employment law, health & safety, and ethical standards
* Provide coaching, training, and HR best practice support to managers
* Drive continuous improvement of HR systems, policies, and reporting
What We’re Looking For
* Proven senior HR management experience
* CIPD qualified (Level 5 or above preferred)
* Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills
* Passion for people development and ethical business practices
* Collaborative, solutions-focused approach with the ability to work across departments and sites
