The Assistant Store Manager maximises sales, drives efficiencies, and achieves performance targets by leading and inspiring a high‑performing team. The role is fast‑paced and rewarding, centred on people and continuous development.
Responsibilities
* Support the Store Manager in managing and inspiring the team to be at their best, and cover the store when required.
* Create an atmosphere that prioritises excellent service, performance targets, and accurate stock processes within a commercial, operationally efficient, and safe environment.
* Take a hands‑on approach for all operational and commercial activities by working alongside the team.
* Maintain up‑to‑date and accurate communication to meet business needs.
