Day‑to‑day of the role:
* Develop and implement targeted marketing and canvassing strategies to enhance local market presence.

* Value properties and convert market appraisal opportunities into instructions with the aid of a substantial marketing budget.
* Oversee the entire sales process from instruction to completion, utilizing a nearby hub office for support with sales negotiations, progression, and administration.
* Provide comprehensive end‑to‑end service to customers, ensuring a seamless experience from valuation to sale completion.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Minimum of 4 years+ experience in estate agency, with a proven track record of success.
* Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong desire to manage and grow a business area.
* Excellent business generation and marketing skills to effectively promote personal brand and services.
* Ability to work flexibly, managing your own schedule to meet the needs of customers.
